Michael Ladwig serves his clients by leading and assembling accounting teams to meet their needs. As a CPA for over 25 years, he serves as lead accounting and tax advisor for all his clients. He began his career auditing and managing Trusts and their associated clients. Since that time, nearly 20 years, he provides accounting, business consulting, and tax services to closely-held businesses and individuals.
Michael received his Masters in Accounting from the University of North Texas and is a big Scrappy the Eagle fan.

Karen enjoys helping small businesses fulfill their accounting needs so they can focus on other things. Her background includes accounting and finance for a large hotel group, Bank of America and a private company.
Zander Villinger joined Ladwig Accounting to help grow the firm’s CPA practice bringing public accounting experience from one of the nation’s premier accounting firms. His background and experience include compliance for private clients, working with small businesses and their individual shareholders. Zander holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of North Texas as well as a CPA license. When he is not in the office handling your CPA needs, you can find him enjoying disc golf, watching movies and sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Deanna loves working with small business to learn the details of other industries and loves watching her clients grow and prosper. Her background is varied having been an accountant for a variety of businesses including wholesale, retail, medical, and equine industries. Her background in customer service, office management, and 20 years in accounting are a great fit for the small business owner.
Helping people is Kelly's greatest passion. His volunteer work and background working as an accountant for a variety of company types embodies this philosophy. Professionally, he has worked for small companies, medium companies, large corporations, not-for-profits, for profits, in ministry and in the government. He has worked in the United States and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Kelly has a love for running, completing 4-5 marathons each year.

Christine found accounting early in her life because she loves balance and routine. After graduating from Piedmont University, she jumped into Accounts Payable work and has been at the center of balancing the books for businesses ever since. Christine is always on time, does what she says she is going to do and then goes on adventure. Ask her what her new adventure is the next time you talk to her.
Kim enjoys leveraging her management degree to make an impact on clients’ businesses by finding efficiency. Her BBA degree from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in accounting make her the perfect partner for businesses that need both strengths. When you talk to Kim, it’s obvious she is organized, great at helping people, loves travel and her family.
